Head over to Deep Ellum where Fourton and wife Diane have settled nicely into a full-fledged restaurant after an angst-ridden separation from their original walk-up barbecue stand at The Dallas Farmers Market. Texas Monthly has called Pecan Lodge one of the top four barbecue joints in the world.
